Nice world... nice language
It's lovely living in this part of the world.
My thinking this isn't a coincidence: we moved here because we think it's a lovely part of the world. Even though we don't make the most of all the hills and countryside, when we do decide to get out there, it's not very far to go.
On Saturday we did bugger all until about 5pm when we decided we should really do something. So we went for a walk from our house along footpaths and through fields. It was nice, but the fields were full of cows and bullocks and some of them were pretty big. We turned around after an hour because there were just too many of them and they were giving us the evil eye. We watched Monster in the evening: it's a harsh film, that's only a step up from a TV movie because of Charlize Theron's performerance.
On Sunday we headed up to Windermere - Corrie had to work. In the afternoon we drove back via Coniston and stopped off to have a walk round Tarn Hows which is very, very pretty. In the evening we watched another DVD. Here's the quiz: these are the lyrics from one of the soundtrack songs. What's the movie?
