It's tough going back to work after the Christmas holidays isn't it. All that freedom: going for walks; lazing around; over-eating; waking up late; shopping in the sales; staying up late and watching TV.... And then all of a sudden you've got to get up in the dark, brave the cold and rain to get to work where nothing's actually stopped so you've got more to do than normal. Well it's been like that for me anyway.
But then I stop and take a moment: things aren't actually that bad in the grand scheme of things. You know what I'm saying don't you.
I watched 'Open Water' last night. I highly recommend it. I was dubious as the trailers I'd seen when it first came to the cinemas were a bit naff, but the movie is actually rather excellent. It's one of those where you go away thinking about what happened and then try not to think about it because... well, I'll not spoil it for you.
