The world is mainly made up of idiots.
I often get the feeling that apart from me, my friends and family, and a few other people, the world is populated by absolute dimwits. Recent events across the pond, the popularity of The Sun, 1 million cars on the road uninsured, Saturday night pub violence, consolidate all your loans into one easy monthly payment, daytime Radio 1, 43,000 kids playing truant every day, 13 year old mums, soldiers and war and guns, sacking Boris Johnson.... I'm no genius, but I do often feel isolated in this sea of idiot twats we find ourselves in.
So it's uplifting to be occasionally reassured that you're wrong, that there are islands of pure and marvellous human wonder out there: 'The Royal Tenenbaums' is a brilliant film.

		You're right. Shouldn't be called "Earth" but "Dimwitworld". The one true sign that intelligent life exists in the universe is that is hasn't tried to contact us.
