And relax...
Our Cardiff house is now sold, the contracts signed, the money transferred. It's all over. What a relief! I checked my bank account this morning and WOW, I've never seen so much money in there! So I've paid off all the house-moving bills and everything's back to normal (hovering around £0).
And feel stressed again...
The house we wanted to buy has fallen through. Due to the huge loss of land (if you recall, the lady thought she owned a house and a large garden but it turned out she only owned a house and a small garden - but we'd put in an offer for the house and the large garden), we put in a reduced offer. They came back with another figure that was too high so we said no, that's too much, we can't go above £x. They said that's too low so... game over. It's a shame, a real shame, but it just wasn't worth the amount they were asking.
What have I learnt from today? Every silver lining has a cloud.

		Dood, that's a bummer!! Can't believe that. I was already planning my trip there!! I'm sure you'll find another one, which will be better. But that's a sod,eh!
