So where was I before I was so rudely hijacked!
I rang the estate agent this morning and made sure I was talking to the right person before starting. I explained how the experience so far had been terrible and that I felt we weren't being taken seriously even though we were ready to move, had cash in the bank and a mortgage arranged. I made my 2nd offer and then went back to work. She phoned back 1 1/2 hours later to say the offer had been accepted - what a relief! So it's all go now - I hope the survey doesn't uncover anything too bad. It probably will though but that's ok - it's a lovely little old place so it's worth it.
Ha ha, I saw a fox on the way home from work today.
