We had a game of tennis yesterday. Corrie's never played before so, as I was going to my club to say goodbye and hand in my parking swipe card (sniff), we thought we'd have a little knock. It was a hot, hot day and the courts were pretty empty. It turns out Corrie's a natural and we had fun. We played for about 30 minutes then had a little drink by the clubhouse. It was lovely.
We watched 'Lost in Translation' in the evening.
It's a great film, very pretty and subtle and sad and uplifting. It feels a bit like a music video for a Spiritualized song. Anyway, it was nice.
