I sat in a room for 8 hours today whilst people showed us various different kitchen products, all of which were new and wonderful. It was good to be introduced to some of the stuff but after a while it became rather monotonous. A bit like Monday, and Tuesday and Wednesday. Can you spot a trend? I shouldn't complain, it's nice to be introduced to things like this...but I want to get on with my job! Oh well, only 2 more weeks and then I suppose I'll be able to do just that.
So I'm sitting in the office behind the bar in the hotel. I've just helped myself to a Guinness and am typing away. I haven't got anything to say but I've just finished watching 'Black Hawk Down' and I need something to distract me a little - it's a very harsh film and I didn't really like it.
I saw a squirrel on the way home tonight.
