On the way home after work last night I stopped off for a quick 9 holes at the local golf course. It was a lovely afternoon, the course was pretty much empty and I had a lovely time. It's just a 'pitch-and-putt' so par is 27, and the greens are in bad shape, but I shot 34, give or take a few ;-) It felt good to do something after work and I'm going to try and make a habit of it. Tonight is 'cycling home'.
