It's coming along nicely. When I said earlier that it was finished, I was being a little premature (baby).
When we 'prepared' the bathroom to be 'done', we removed all of the tiles. Parts of the walls came off at the same time. Now that all the plumbing has been done, we're getting the walls and ceiling plastered on Wednesday, so I'm currently in the process of patching up all the holes in the walls so the plasterer can just come in and skim. Once he's been and made everything flat and smooth, we'll get the shower hooked up and then paint, tile and put the floor in.
It's a small room but it's a bloody huge job!
We've also: painted the kitchen, patching up some rough bits and generally tidying up; installed a lovely wood-burning stove (imitation) in the front room; finished the hearth in the front room.
Paint in the spare room update: it's ok, we bought another pot of paint and it matches the old colour so I can fix that little problem without too much hassle. Phew!
