I've finally restored my interest in my bike!
My lovely bike has been sitting patiently in the shed for nearly a year, waiting for me to take it out for a ride. I don't know why but on Sunday I decided to do just that. It was great! I went to some woods nearby and, although I was useless and unfit, I had a lovely time riding along the sun dappled tracks. On Monday I did it again, this time riding along the roads around Llandough. I did venture off-road for a bit but ended up cutting my legs to bits on brambles. There's not much off-roading to be had in the centre of Cardiff!
Hopefully I'll keep going and soon be back to my old self.
