'Signs' - M. Night Shyamalan. It promises so much and yet delivers so little. In one sense it was a really good film but in another it was terrible. Part of me enjoyed it but the rest didn't.
'The Man Who Wasn't There' - the Coen brothers. This film promises so little and delivers it all. Black and white, slow, old-fashioned. Perfect Sunday afternoon viewing but terrible to watch at any other time on any other day.
