I ordered a digital camera last Wednesday, a lovely tiny little Pentax Optio S.
It didn't arrive on Thursday. Oh well.
Friday was Good Friday so no post.
No deliveries on Saturday or Sunday.
Monday was a bank holiday.
Tuesday, I waited in all day and it didn't arrive.
Wednesday, it arrived at 3pm but I wasn't in, so it went back to the depot. I arranged for it to be delivered to my work.
Thursday, it arrived. When I say 'it' the box arrived but without the camera!
8 bloody days to get a box of bits - bastards!
So both Pixelmania and DHL are 'investigating', which will take till Monday.
I'd better get some compensation, the incompetent sods.
